Sony has three new additions to its E-series VAIO. The new Sony VAIO EG, EH and EJ Sandy Bridge Intel notebooks sport Intel Core i Series and Pentium. To replace the previous generation of VAIO EA, EB and Community designs.
The 14-inch VAIO EG, EH VAIO 15.5 inches and 17.3-inch VAIO EJ are available with an optional Intel Core i5-2410M, 2310M-Core Pentium i3 or B940. Other specifications include NVIDIA GeForce 410M discrete, up to 8 GB of RAM, 750 GB hard drive and DVD or even Blu-ray.
The three models running Windows 7. While the VAIO EG and EH are 1366 x 768 pixel screen, EJ has a higher screen resolution 1600 x 900 pixels. Sony says the model will have 14 inches up to 6.5 hours of battery life. Most VAIO EJ EH and is expected to increase to 5 hours of battery life.
The new E-series VAIO notebooks can be configured and purchased at Sony's online store. Prices start at $ 580.
